Toddler Tweens Story Times

Ages 2 – 3 with caregivers

Introduction to “big kid” story time with songs, stories, parachute play, and simple crafts.

Cuddles & Smiles Story Times
Ages birth to 9 months with caregivers.
Wednesdays, January 11 - February 29 @ 11:00 am

Introducing a story time for infants and their caregivers. Music, finger play, and a book. Make new friends with others and their infants.

Rhythm & Rhyme
Ages 9 mos. – 35 mos. with caregivers.
Thursdays, January 12 - March 1 @ 10:30 am

Emphasis on music, movement, parachute play, and freeplay with other friends using library-supplied toys.

Let's Build Something Together!

Ages 3 to 6

Join Miss Laurie as she leads children to understand and appreciate the steps involved in completing anything that must be built - from skyscrapers to friendships.  Most importantly, let's do it together!

Jammin' Jammies

Ages 3 to 6

Grab your favorite blanket or pillow and come to the library to hear some bedtime stories with Miss Sheila. Share in stories, games and a theme related craft. January's theme is Pirates, yaaaaar.

Take Your Child to the Library Day @ the BPL

All Ages

Come and discover all that your library has to offer you and your child – you will be amazed! 

Perform a science experiment in the craft area, from PBS Kids Fetch! Experiments such as “Copper Cleanup with Pennies, “Float my Boat!” “Tempest in a Teacup” “Potion Commotion” and “Toy Chemistry” will be led by our staff. 
A Fetch! Club may be starting soon! Please express your interest to any library staff member.

 CHILDREN:  Please give us the reason your parents should bring you to the library. We know that one reason is to check out books, but please let us know what else brings you here! The top ten entries will be awarded a gift certificate for Ben & Jerry’s in Canton! Mmmmmmmm. Bring completed forms to the library on or before 2/4/12. Winner will be selected on 2/6/12. Forms available at the library!
