Rebecca Schwartz is a naturalist with an eye for detail. She went to college for biology, graduating with a BA. She then went to graduate school for education, graduating with an MA. Fine art training led to a pursuit of photography and an eye for composition. She is now a science teacher at North Haven High School and a resident of Burlington. Ms. Schwartz feels that the art of looking, observing the world around us should not be a lost art. It should be practiced. She have traveled the world for her photographs, visiting such places as Costa Rica, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland as well as many places here in New England.
